We use unbleached King Arthur Flour because of its exceptionally high protein content and rigorously controlled protein content. The flour is naturally aged without chemical bleaching agents or potassium bromate. King Arthur flour is strictly non-GMO and sourced entirely from American wheat!

No way! All of our bread products are made with simple, natural ingredients - flour, water and salt and are fermented over a 72 hour period before baking. This ensures that yummy depth of flavor and pillowy texture that you love.

Every loaf is uniquely artisan. There are so many factors that go into a loaf of bread - weather and humidity are big ones! Each loaf is hand-crafted and hand-shaped which is why it may vary slightly in crust, crumb and appearance.
